Regional Business Development Director (Japan and Korea)

Region business development for connectivity product lines in both Japan and South Korea markets.

Description
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to increase customer engagement, improve relationships, build brand equity,
Develop and execute regional growth strategies and plans to drive early closings and improve win rates.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop customer and local market initiatives based on internal and external customer and market insights and product know-how.
- Communicate and understand within the connectivity department.
- Work with the Connectivity Product Line team to implement targeted new product introduction campaigns within the region.
- Collaborate with vertical sales, regional business development, and connectivity product line teams.
- Scale up regional connectivity approach
- Support and train sales and FAEs in the development of sales support, sales scripts, materials, kits, etc. as requested.
Profile
- Knowledgeable about the connectivity business, the clients, and the industry
- Global mindset with outstanding communication skills in both Japanese and English, Korean is a plus
- Experienced in business development including maintaining existing relations, and potential relations building
- Big team management experience, know how to communicate with internal business stakeholders
