About Vizcom

Our mission is to take design from pencil to product.

The distance between a designer's first sketch and a manufacturable object has always been measured in handoffs. Sketch to render. Render to CAD. CAD to CMF spec. Prototype. At every step, intent gets lost. The thing that gets built is rarely the thing that was imagined.

Vizcom is collapsing that distance. We build the tool professional designers actually work in, and teams at Riot, GM, Nike, and Hasbro use it to get from an idea to a real thing faster than the old pipeline ever allowed. Real is the new render.

We've raised $51M and we're scaling fast. We're opening our first dedicated sales presence in APAC and looking for someone to own the region.

This isn't a role where you're starting from zero. There's real revenue and real relationships to manage on day one across both Japan and Korea. But there's also a ton of whitespace. You'll be shaping how Vizcom sells across APAC, identifying new accounts, navigating different buying cultures, and building out channel partnerships in each market. This role is designed to grow into Head of APAC Sales.

  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiation, adapting to the buying culture of each market (ringi process in Japan, chaebol dynamics in Korea)

  • Identify and develop relationships with channel partners, VARs, and resellers in both markets to accelerate growth

  • Develop localized sales materials, case studies, and demo flows tailored to each market

  • Provide market intelligence back to the product and leadership team on competitive landscape, pricing expectations, localization needs, and feature requests across APAC

  • Represent Vizcom at industry events and design conferences across the region

  • Collaborate with marketing on demand generation and brand awareness in the Japanese and Korean design communities

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the Japanese and/or Korean market, with a strong track record of quota attainment

  • Fluency in both Japanese and Korean, with professional English proficiency and understand the nuance cultural differences between each.

  • Direct experience selling creative tools, design software, engineering tools, or adjacent categories (Autodesk, Adobe, Dassault Systèmes, KeyShot, SolidWorks, Figma, Unity, PTC, or similar)

  • Based in Tokyo, Osaka, or Seoul, or willing to relocate

  • Existing relationships within industrial design, product design, or manufacturing organizations in Japan and/or Korea

  • Understanding of enterprise buying processes in both markets

  • Comfortable operating independently across multiple markets with minimal local infrastructure

  • Familiarity with channel and reseller go-to-market models in APAC

Nice to Have

  • Experience as an early or first sales hire in a new region for a US-based software company

  • Interest in expanding Vizcom's presence into additional APAC markets over time

Why This Role

  • Clear path to Head of APAC Sales

  • You'll be selling a product that designers genuinely love using, not shelfware

  • Competitive base + commission, with comp structured to reflect the market-building nature of the role

  • Direct access to the CEO and founding team
