Regional Sales Manager: Cloud (Enterprise Sales), Japan Enterprise Sales Department (RS Global Sales Div)

Responsible for managing Sales for the region. Accountable for growth in Japan, along with managing partner GTM and direct sales. Will be reporting to the SVP of Sales for the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

・Achieve regional revenue and business growth targets.

・Drive new business development and manage strategic enterprise customer relationships.

・Develop and execute direct sales strategies for enterprise accounts.

・Develop and manage partner/channel sales strategies through distributors, resellers, and system integration partners.

・Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners to expand market coverage.

・Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans.

・Identify new market opportunities and create expansion plans.

・Manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from pipeline creation to deal closure.

・Maintain strong executive-level relationships with enterprise customers and partners.

・Leverage knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

Requirements:

・10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in SaaS, PaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or related technologies.

・Proven experience in either direct enterprise sales, partner/channel sales, or both.

・Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or strategic partners.

・Strong enterprise account management experience.

・Experience achieving revenue targets in enterprise markets.

・Business acumen with strong customer-facing and negotiation skills.

・Experience working within cross-functional matrix organizations.

・Technical background or ability to understand cloud and infrastructure technologies.

・Engineering degree is preferred.

・Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English.

・Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

・Experience in building joint business plans in collaboration with other stakeholders.

・Has worked in matrix organizations
