- Proactively listen to, communicate and resolve customer feedback, escalating to a supervisor where needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services and complete all booking processes accurately.
- Professionally liaise with our booking partners in the resort so shared guests enjoy a seamless
experience.

- Assist with vehicle logistics and process, including daily key handover for product and other support.
Administrative support
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos and other documents related to Snowsports operations.
- Provide general administrative support – data entry, filing and record-keeping.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping and payroll processes as needed.
- Support the team Managers and contribute to improving operational procedures and systems.
What you need to succeed:
- A passion for the mountains, our community and our sport – and a fire for passing it on to others.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in snowsports or outdoor recreation.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy across bookings, data and tasks. • A solid understanding of skiing and snowboarding progression, so you can confidently coordinate the right experiences.
