The position will lead the local sales team to increase sales and market share in Japan. The role will report to Regional Director overseas. Client Details The Company is a well-known business in imaging solutions globally. They have an established organisation in Japan and are transforming their business to adapt to new market trends. Description * Drive sales strategy in Japan through engaging with distributors, partners, SIs, and other vendors * Develop new business relationships with large partners on an executive level * Manage sales pipelines according to sales plans to ensure goals and targets are met * Lead and manage the local team, support their sales activities and develop skills * Gather market information, monitor sales forecasts and report to the global team on action plans * Deliver sales presentations and report to global team Profile * Track record in sales in both hardware and software solutions.
