We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Sales Manager to Drive and grow Essity's Healthcare business in Japan by developing customer and distributor partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales targets aligned with the company's commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow distributor relationships to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical device market.
- Execute local sales plans and commercial activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations with key customers and distributor partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans for the Japan market.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the key commercial representative for Japan and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Who You Are
- Proven sales experience in the Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or related Healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare market and customer landscape.
- Demonstrated experience managing distributors and commercial partners.
- Comfortable working as an independent contributor with full ownership of business results.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management.
- Fluent in English.
