Job Description
オンコロジー営業担当を募集しています。この役割では、オンコロジー領域における革新的な医療機器の販売を担当します。基幹病院を中心に、皮下埋め込み型中心静脈ポートや生検針の情報提供及び営業活動を行っていただきます。
業務内容:
急性期病院を中心とした皮下埋め込み型静脈ポート、生検針の情報提供及び営業活動となります。
皮下埋め込み型静脈ポートは手技者である外科・放射線科（IVR）を中心に主治医の悪性腫瘍を取り扱う診療科への提案及び管理に関わる、化学療法室看護師、感染看護師が主要な顧客となります。
生検針は乳腺領域での新製品に注力した活動となり、急性期に加えて乳腺クリニックへの営業活動も行っていただきます。
医療従事者との関係構築、製品プレゼンテーション、受注獲得、顧客満足度の向上に責任を負います。
主な職務内容:
・基幹病院において消化器外科・乳腺外科・放射線科を中心にした活動
・乳腺クリニックへの活動
・欠品・自主回収が発生した場合の顧客対応
営業スタイル：
・勤務地スタイル：基本的に直行直帰
・オペ立会い業務：あり（月に1-2件程度）
・出張：学会等を除き、基本的無し
・休日出勤や呼び出し：基本的無し
主な担当製品:
・CVポート / カテーテル
・前立腺生検、骨髄生検
・生検針、吸引式組織生検
・シャント（腹水、胸水）
・ブラキ治療（放射線小線源）
求める職務要件:
・学歴：学士以上
・営業経験者（前向きに自身で考え行動できる方であれば、医療機器業界以外も可能です）
・普通自動車免許
望ましい職務要件：
・医療機器営業（メーカーまたは代理店）経験を3年以上有する方
・外科・IVR及び悪性腫瘍を扱う診療科への営業経験者歓迎
勤務地：東京
担当エリア：一都三県
