SAP Security Associate

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end user administration (SU01 activities).
• Create, modify, and maintain roles using PFCG.
• Assign roles to users as per access request process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues.
• Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks and remediation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Maintain user access documentation and access matrix.
• Coordinate with functional and BASIS teams for security requirements.
• Handle L1/L2 level security support tickets.

Job Qualifications:

• Required SAP Security Knowledge:
  • Good understanding of:
    • User Administration (SU01)
    • Role Maintenance (PFCG)
    • Authorization Objects and Profiles
    • Single and Composite Roles
    
    
  • Knowledge of SAP landscape (DEV, QA, PRD).
  • Basic understanding of transport management process.
  • Awareness of Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Experience in incident and service request handling.
  
  
• Required Skills:
  • Mandatory proficiency in:
    • Japanese and English
    • Strong communication and coordination skills.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
    • Ability to work in a global team environment.
    • Detail-oriented and responsible attitude.
    
    
  
  
• Good to Have:
  • Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control.
  • Basic knowledge of S/4HANA Security.
  • Exposure to Fiori roles and catalogs.
  • Understanding of audit documentation process.
  
  

Japanese languages: Business -level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business-level English.
