Job Description

About the role
Successful candidate will be responsible for creating, launching & managing PPC campaigns in Google Adwords/Yahoo Japan/Amazon Search/ Microsoft Being and continuously monitor and optimize performance by analysing data sets for various campaigns.
Google Adwords、Yahoo Japan、Amazon Search、Microsoft BeingにおけるSearch広告キャンペーンの作成、立ち上げ、管理を担当し、各種キャンペーンのデータ分析によるパフォーマンスの継続的なモニタリングと最適化を実施。
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with regional and local planners on Search Strategy and keyword plans
  • Manage keyword research/optimizations, testing framework and audience management across accounts
  • Build various campaign reports with full campaign analysis and insights tied to overall marketing objectives
  • Continuously test and provide recommendations for optimizations and/or testing plans (e.g. search query reports, negative keyword maintenance)
  • Write compelling ad copies and strive to continuously test and improve performance
  • Actively contribute in developing digital strategies & new channels to further increase paid search performance.

  • 定期的に最適化やテストプランの提案を行う(検索クエリレポート、ネガティブキーワードのメンテナンスなど)
  • 効果が見込める広告コピーを作成し、継続的なテストとパフォーマンスを通じて改善に努める
  • 検索広告のパフォーマンスをさらに向上させるためのデジタル戦略や新しいチャネルの開発に積極的に貢献する。

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of Search or related work experience.
  • Experience in platform operations related to Search.
  • Can demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can multitask and change priorities rapidly and is effective under pressure.
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets
  • Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment
