Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, parts replacement and equipment adjustment for semiconductor equipment installed at semiconductor fabs (cleanrooms) in Japan and overseas (domestic and international travel required).
- Review modification specifications and maintain work procedures.
- Support the start-up of semiconductor manufacturing equipment (etching equipment).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 to 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, preferably dry etching equipment.
- Technical knowledge in engineering-related fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science and vacuum technology.
- Knowledge of plasma physics and vacuum technology.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, rigorous attention to detail and excellent cross-functional teamwork abilities.
Language Required: Native-level Japanese.
