A Senior Salest Executive distinguishes themselves by excelling at prospecting new and managing existing clients, as well as talent identification, attraction and assessment, and developing deep relationships with candidates. They are experts in their niche market and have a well established network. This role specifically requires someone that understands the IT market and has an established portfolio of clients.
This is a hands-on role and working in partnership with the team is as important as generating new client relationships.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities
Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2’s entire service portfolio (Recruitment, Managed Services K2U, K2K).
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Management of the recruitment sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic growth.
Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business.
Interact with a team of recruiters to successfully identify candidates to drive quality recruitment in a time sensitive environment.
Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets.
Develop, drive, and execute search strategies as well as nurture own network of market-leading professionals.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of operation.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
5+ years sales experience working in technical recruitment, or the IT industry
Time Management skills
Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space
Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques
Ability to develop new client generating and Recruitment strategies.
Participation in events
Solution oriented and integrity.
Languages: Japanese & English
