About the role… The Delivery Manager is responsible for all project management activities on one or more o9 client implementations. Project management activities include project planning and tracking, budget planning and tracking, resource management, issue management, risk management, status reporting etc. The Delivery Manager will manage the daily task completion of a cross-functional project team comprising, customer, o9 and partners. The Delivery Manager will also act as the primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, change requests, and sign-offs. What you’ll do for us… Participate in the complete lifecycle of projects from blueprint to hypercareCreate a detailed project plan and align all stakeholders on the jointly developed project plan, milestones, and timelinesTrack plan vs. actuals and document the reasons for any deviations. Develop action plan to mitigate any delaysProvide detailed project status to all stakeholders on the agreed upon cadenceDocument vacation schedules for all team membersApprove all timesheets and invoices in a timely mannerComplete any project management and administration tasks required by the client Ensure each team members knows the tasks and deliverables they have to work onDocument any risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plansMaintain a detailed issue log with appropriate ETA, ownership and resolutionProvide necessary knowledge transition and documentation to o9 support team post go-liveContinually engage with the customers to manage priorities and expectationsEnsure timely communication with regards to any project or personnel concerns What you’ll have… Education: Bachelor's or Master degree Experience: 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/ logistics domain with a focus on planningProject Management experience through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, and deploymentExperience using agile methodology to deliver enterprise implementations Skills: Knowledge of supply chain solutions PMP certification is a plusStrong knowledge of project management principles and artifacts is a mustKnowledge of project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA etc.), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is requiredStrong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration are requiredAbility to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones What we’ll do for you… Competitive salary and benefits.
