Job Summary
今回は、プロジェクト内のすべてのサイト活動のアクションプランの実施をマネジメントしていただくサイトマネージャーを募集しています。
現場でのプロジェクト作業を、計画・予算・契約要件に基づいて監督・調整していただきます。顧客やサプライヤーとの協議・交渉にも参加し、プロジェクトマネージャーと連携しながら進めていただくポジションです。
What you will do
【業務内容】
- プロジェクト実行における現場活動全般のマネジメント（現場立ち上げ、機械・電気の設置監督、試運転準備など）を担当
- 現場での安全衛生（OHS）活動の管理・改善
- 顧客・サプライヤーとの契約内容に基づき、プロジェクト成果物の品質と納期を確保
- 設置予算とプロジェクトマイルストーンに沿って、現場活動を段階的に計画・実行
- プロセスやツールを活用し、現場の生産性向上を推進
- プロジェクト計画に基づき、現場活動の記録・報告を実施
- 現場で得た知見を活かし、プロセスやツールの改善・開発に貢献
We believe you have
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力及び日常会話レベルの英語力をお持ちの方
- 製造業界での設置モジュール、機械分野、プロジェクトまたはサイト管理における 5 年以上の経験
- 長期の出張に抵抗が無いこと
