Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in software engineering, with web services or mobile client software.
Experience with software development in one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C++/C, Go, etc.).
Experience in managing engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience in technical innovation.
Knowledge of mobile platforms.
Ability to set and drive strategy while providing technical guidance.
Ability to develop technical talent and motivate a team to work collaboratively as a cohesive and productive unit.
