Job Responsibilities:
- Copilot Studio Development:
- Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, entity extraction, actions, and generative answers.
- Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs.
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external services.
- Power Platform Engineering:
- Design and develop Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows.
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps with responsive UIs and Dataverse-backed data models.
- Implement Dataverse schemas, tables, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns.
- Apply ALM practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub, including solution packaging and deployments.
- Integrations & Connectors:
- Use custom and Power Platform connectors to integrate backend systems, including:
- REST APIs
- Azure Functions
- Dataverse
- Third-party services such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
- Ensure secure authentication using OAuth 2.0/Azure AD, effective throttling management, and robust exception handling.
- Prompt Engineering & LLM Applications:
- Design high-quality prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots.
- Apply grounding techniques using enterprise data from Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Work with hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG patterns where required.
- Microsoft Graph API:
- Implement secure integrations with Microsoft Graph API to access and manage:
- Microsoft 365 users and groups
- Mail and calendars
- Files and drives
- Teams channels
- Create Graph-powered automations within Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience integrating backend systems using connectors, Microsoft Graph APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and third-party services.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Dataverse
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building LLM applications and AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including project hubs, deployments, prompt flows, and evaluations.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for agent logic, function calling, and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of LLM prompting, system prompts, few-shot patterns, and safety guardrails.
- Experience with Azure services, including AI Search, Azure OpenAI, OSS model deployments, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
- Knowledge of RAG design, including chunking strategies, embeddings, hybrid search, and reranking.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, and cost optimization for LLM workloads.
