Job Description

Quality assurance of embedded software for semiconductor products including automotive and industrial applications
・Quality verification and defect correction at the software development stage
・Improving quality assurance methods to build in software quality
・Promoting improvements to the software development process using assessment methods such as Automotive Spice

Qualifications

【Must】
・Embedded software development experience or software product quality assurance work experience
・Basic/common sense business etiquette
・well use of MS-office
・Basic business management based on corporate work experience
・English：business level
・Japanese：business level (JLPT: N1 level)
【Want】
・Experience in quality assurance work for electrical and electronic equipment products
・Experience in conducting audits in accordance with ISO9001
・Process improvement experience using assessment methods such as Automotive Spice and CMMI
・Software development experience and management experience using software development standards and models such as CMMI and Automotive Spice
・Experience in checking software design quality using software development standards and models such as CMMI and Automotive Spice
- Knowledge of software development processes and international standards (PMBOK/CMMI/Automotive Spice/ISO26262/IEC62443/ISO21434, etc.).
・Prefer ""conversational communication"" with work partners.

The importance of activities to ensure and improve quality by being involved in the upstream process of software product development is increasing.
The role of a quality assurance engineer is to be a gatekeeper, making the final judgment that certain standards are met during the development process. You will contribute to the improvement of product quality by keeping up with rapidly changing product specifications and development environments, and performing quality assurance that matches the characteristics of the software and the target quality level.
