パレクセルの治験プロジェクトの中で、治験薬をはじめとするサプライ（物資・医薬品）の輸送はプロジェクトのキーとなる重要な部分です。本ポジションは、臨床試験の進行を、物流面からサポートするスペシャリストで、サプライの管理業務を行います。
職務内容
クライアントやデポ、送業者と手順の調整やタイムラインのすり合わせを綿密に行い、マイルストンとタイムラインに応じた適切な指示とアクションを実施し、プロジェクトを進行させます。
具体的には
- 社内の関係者と協力して、クライアントの満足とプロジェクトの収益性を満たすためのロジスティクス・コンセプトとソリューションを展開する。
- プロジェクトの進捗状況を常に把握し、タイムラインと予算が契約通りに達成されるようにする。
- 試験特有の管理ツールや文書が整備されていることを確認する。

求める知識・経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（Listening、Reading、Writing、Speaking）
- 通関業務、貿易事務、輸出入担当経験者歓迎
- 医薬品開発業務経験（GCPや、GLP、SOPの知識）あれば尚可
求める資質
- マルチな業務を熱意を持って管理し、細部に注意を払いながら業務に優先順位をつける能力
- 交渉、コミュニケーション能力
- チームメンバーをサポートする能力
- Microsoft Officeの能力
