• 金融業界における2年以上のSCRUMデリバリーモデルの経験
• ITビジネス分析とセキュリティ製品の機能プロセスに関する確かな理解
• ITプロジェクトのテストサポート経験（SIT、UATなど）
• ISTAR、日銀レポーティング、Autosys、SQLの技術経験者優遇
• 好奇心旺盛で、効果的なチャレンジができ、相反するステークホルダーのニーズを管理できる方
• 優れた文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
• バイリンガルであること： 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
• Solid understanding of IT business analysis and security product functional process
• Experience with IT project testing support (SIT, UAT etc)
• Technical experience with ISTAR, BOJ reporting, Autosys, SQL preferred
• Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual Requirements: Native level Japanese and Business level English.

ITビジネスアナリストとして、プロジェクトの完了まで重要な役割を担っていただきます。ITビジネスアナリストには以下のようなことを期待しています：
• あらゆるレベルの同僚と協力してビジネス要件を満たす
• ビジネス要件を技術文書に変換
• テストサポートを通じて、ユーザー要件を満たすIT成果物を検証する。
• 技術者と協力し、アジャイルフレームワークの中で納品を推進する。
• 現状および将来の影響分析
• ポリシーと標準に従い、すべてのセキュリティリスクと運用リスクの低減に貢献する

You’ll be working in the wealth management IT team in Tokyo and we provide IT services to our wealth management business.
As an IT business analyst, you’ll play an important role in delivering projects till completion. We’re looking for a IT business analyst to:
• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• translate business requirements into technical documentation
• validate IT deliverables meeting user requirements through testing support
• collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
• identify opportunities to improve our processes
