Mission Statement:

Technical Specialist oversees all technical issues in the business of the transformer. This is including deepest investigation from technical viewpoint about discussion among customer, JP team, HE supply factory and target to achieve technical verification, mutual understanding, and collaboration. He is also involved in the trouble shooting for overall Hitachi legacy products and newly products introduced from oversea factory.

Main Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for technical validation of all activity performed in TR JP2408 business with good communication with project managers and project engineers in the TR JP 2408 organization.

  • Overview technical aspects of project such as design review, correspondence to Japanese specific request, so on to meet project specification and engineering requirements.

  • Perform the job as technical representative in Hitachi Energy Japan TR.

  • As technical specialist, discussion with outside organization such as customer, developer, committee, ministry to be handled with cooperation with good discussion inside HE such as HUB application engineering group and GPG.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Educational Background:at minimum, bachelor’s degree of engineering or science

  • Required years of experience:minimum 15 years of experiences in power transformer products

  • Time management, presentation and planning skills

  • Ability to learn and work in new environment

  • Communication skills with outside organizations such as customer, developer, committee, ministry if needed.

  • Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

  • Strong in collaborative and communication skills

  • Language: Strong Japanese and advanced English communication
