Job Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a technical support analyst to oversee, monitor, and support enterprise batch processing activities across production systems.
  • The role is responsible for ensuring scheduled jobs, data processing tasks, file transfers, and automated workflows run successfully and within defined service levels

Job Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate has experience in IT operations, production support, system monitoring, and incident management within a 24/7 operational environment. In Japan the team would be working in business hours, round the clock support will be handled by team in India.
  • Monitor daily batch processing activities, scheduled jobs, and automated workflows.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate batch job failures, delays, and system issues.
  • Ensure completion of batch cycles within SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, database, and business teams during incident resolution.
  • Monitor system alerts, logs, and operational dashboards.
  • Perform reruns, restarts, and recovery procedures for failed jobs.
  • Validate file transfers, data loads, and end-of-day processing activities.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and incident records.
  • Support production deployments and operational change activities.
  • Participate in shift handovers and provide status reporting.
  • Escalate critical incidents following operational procedures.
  • Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and security policies.

Languages : Fluent level Japanese and business level english.
