Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 9–10 years of experience, including leading development initiatives, conducting Salesforce Org Assessments, and working with US/UK clients.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, architecture understanding, and hands-on development capability across multiple Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce development projects across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

Salesforce Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura) Salesforce APIs and integrations
  • Implement and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
  • Work on complex data models, automation, and process optimizations

Marketing Cloud Expertise

  • Develop and manage Marketing Cloud solutions including: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio AMPscript, SSJS, and personalization strategies
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with core Salesforce platforms and external systems

Salesforce Org Assessments

  • Conduct comprehensive Salesforce org health assessments for US/UK clients
  • Analyze system architecture, performance, security, and technical debt
  • Provide actionable recommendations, roadmaps, and optimization strategies
  • Present findings and solutions to stakeholders and leadership teams

Client Engagement

  • Work directly with US/UK clients in requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery
  • Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and solution evaluations
  • Ensure alignment with global standards and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Visualforce SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder
  • Experience with: Marketing Cloud tools (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) AMPscript and/or Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
  • Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools

Architecture & Assessment

  • Experience in conducting Salesforce Org Assessments / Health Checks
  • Strong understanding of: Salesforce best practices, governance, and security models Data architecture and integration design
  • Ability to create solution blueprints and optimization strategies

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with international clients (US/UK)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications (highly desirable): Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Application/System Architect Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
