Job Description:

This role involves leading the development of a company-wide "points and membership ranking system (loyalty program)" for our hotel and inn management company. You will act as a liaison between internal members, the marketing department, and the actual development team (both internal and external), transforming business ideas into concrete system forms.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in system or software development (5-10 years)
  • Experience as a leader or core member of a development team (2-3 years or more)
  • Experience in development using the following: Web API design and development, cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), database construction and operation, and data integration knowledge are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in system development in the hotel, travel, retail (stores), and e-commerce industries.
  • Experience in developing membership systems and point systems used by many people.
  • Ability to communicate clearly:
  • Someone who can explain complex technical topics in a way that is easy to understand and convincing to colleagues without specialized knowledge.
  • Ability to think and act independently:
  • Someone who can proactively propose solutions to complex issues and problems with outdated systems, and involve others to move forward.
  • Ability to value diversity:
