Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce (SFCC/B2C Commerce or Salesforce eCommerce solutions), along with solid experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will bring 9–10 years of experience, including leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, architecting eCommerce solutions, and conducting Salesforce Org Assessments for US/UK clients.
This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performing digital commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud / eCommerce implementations
- Provide technical leadership across development teams and ensure best practices
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Mentor team members and conduct code/design reviews
Salesforce Commerce Development
- Design and develop solutions on: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC - B2C Commerce) or Salesforce eCommerce platforms
- Develop and customize: Storefronts, cartridges, pipelines/controllers Integrations with third-party systems (payments, OMS, CMS, analytics)
- Implement best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and security
Salesforce Core Expertise
- Work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for integrated commerce experiences
- Develop custom solutions using: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) APIs and integration frameworks
- Enable unified customer experience across sales, service, and commerce
Integrations & Architecture
- Design and implement integrations between: Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Core External systems (ERP, payment gateways, logistics platforms)
- Ensure seamless data flow and customer journey across platforms
Salesforce Org Assessments
- Conduct Salesforce Org Health Assessments for US/UK clients
- Evaluate architecture, performance, scalability, and technical debt
- Provide detailed recommendations and transformation roadmaps
- Present findings to senior stakeholders
Client Engagement
- Work with global clients (US/UK) on requirements, solutioning, and delivery
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regional regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in: Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / B2C Commerce) or Salesforce eCommerce solutions Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Proficiency in: SFCC development (ISML, controllers, pipelines, cartridges) JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for storefront development)
- Experience with: Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns Payment gateway and third-party integrations
Architecture & Assessment
- Experience in Salesforce Org Assessments / Health Checks
- Strong understanding of: Commerce architecture and multi-channel solutions Data integration and system design
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance commerce solutions
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proven experience working with US/UK clients
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (preferred): Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer / Architect Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Application/System Architect
- Experience with: OMS (Order Management Systems) Headless commerce architecture DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
