JOB Title: Senior Account Executive
JOB OVERVIEW:Studio X IntegrationチームのSenior Account Executiveとして、日本コカ・コーラ社を担当し、統合マーケティングソリューションの日常的な進行管理、クライアント対応、および各種キャンペーンの実行支援を担います。マス広告、デジタル、SNS、リアルイベント、動的コンテンツ制作など、多岐にわたるチャネルを網羅するプロジェクトにおいて、戦略立案から実行・納品・検証に至る一連のプロセスで社内外のコミュニケーションを促進する機能を担って頂きます。WPPグループのVML & Ogilvy Japanのメンバーとして、WPPの専門性を有する各組織と外部パートナーと連携し、日本のマーケットにおけるコカ・コーラ社の多様な飲料ブランドの成長に貢献していただきます。
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
アカウントマネジメント
- 日常的なクライアント対応:Account DirectorやIntegration Leadと連携し担当ブランド／チャーターにおけるクライアントの窓口として、チームへタイムリーに必要情報を伝達しプロジェクトを円滑に進める。
- 案件管理：クライアントのBriefingおよび依頼内容を正確に把握し、関係するプロジェクトメンバーと緊密に連携しながら、プロジェクトの進行・実行を管理する。
- 会議運営と報告: クライアントとのミーティング後に、正確なレポート（議事録／アクションアイテム）を作成し、関係者へ共有する。
- 予算・スケジュール管理: プロジェクトの計画（スコープ、スケジュール、予算、発注、請求業務、体制）の策定を補助し、進行状況をトラッキングして納品まで確実に管理する。
- 定期レポーティング: プロジェクトの進行状況や課題を整理し、クライアントおよび社内チームへ定期的に共有を行う。
プロジェクト＆キャンペーンの実行・進行管理
- WPP統合チームの進行管理: Account DirectorやIntegration Leadと連携し、マス広告、デジタル、SNS、イベントにわたる統合キャンペーンのプロジェクト計画（体制・工程・予算）の実行・管理のサポートを行う。
- 社内・社外専門チームとの連携: Creative、Production、Media、データ分析など、WPPグループ内の専門組織と円滑に連携し、プロジェクトの進行をサポートする
- クオリティコントロール : 制作物（画像、動画、コピー等）がコカ・コーラ社のブランドガイドラインやブリーフ内容に合致しているか細部まで精査し、品質を担保する。
遅延やリスクの兆候を早期に察知し、未然に防ぎ、必要に応じて上長へエスカレーションを行う。 - マルチチャネル制作のサポート: SNSコンテンツ、プレスリリース/PR資料、オフラインイベントのロジスティクス手配など、多様な制作・実行プロセスを各プロジェクトチームと連携して円滑なプロジェクト進行をサポートする。
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 広告代理店での実務経験: 総合広告代理店またはデジタル／コミュニケーション代理店での実務経験3年以上（うちアカウントマネジメント／クライアントサービス経験2年以上必須）。
- 統合キャンペーンの進行経験: マス広告、デジタル、SNS、イベント、店頭施策など、複数のチャネルを組み合わせたプロジェクトの進行・アカウント管理経験。
- 複雑なプロジェクトの管理経験: クライアント、社内制作チーム、外部パートナーなど、多数のステークホルダーが関わるプロジェクトの管理経験。
- プロジェクト管理の実務知識: スケジュール管理、予算管理、スコープ定義、リスク管理、発注・請求処理に関する経験があれば尚可
- 日本語: 母国語レベル
- 英語：日常会話
- PCスキル: Microsoft Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）の高度な操作スキルの実務経験
- 学歴: 大卒以上（マーケティング、コミュニケーション、広告、または関連分野が望ましい）。
