- クライアントの事業成長を実現するために、社内外の各種データ分析とクリエイティブ思考に基づき、上流のマーケティング戦略立案から、フルファネル、エンドtoエンドの消費者コミュニケーションまでを統合してデザインします。
- 主に自動車ブランドのクライアントを担当。クライアントのマーケティングチームと並走し、社内のクリエイティブ、メディアチームと連携しながら、データドリブンな戦略プランニングによる統合マーケティング・コミュニケーションの立案から効果検証までをリードします。
- シニアストラテジストの場合は、上記をディレクターの指示を受けながら実作業面をリードします

- データ分析に基づくマーケティング戦略・コミュニケーション戦略の立案と実装
- クライアントのマーケティング部門と並走し、ブランド価値の向上・ビジネス成果の創出
- ブランドKPI、キャンペーンKPI設計とPDCAサイクルのリード
業務内容（Responsibilities)
- マーケティング戦略・統合コミュニケーション戦略の立案
- 市場・競合・カテゴリ動向、消費者データ・顧客データ（行動・購買データ）から課題と機会を特定
- ターゲット設定、インサイト抽出、プロダクトごとのメッセージ体系の開発・整理
- クリエイティブブリーフの作成およびクリエイティブブリーフィング
- 上記に基づく統合コミュニケーションプランの設計
- KPI/KGI設計（メディアチームとの連携）
- フルファネルのコミュニケーション設計（メディアチーム、ソーシャルチーム、アクティベーションチームと連携）
- 実施プランの検証〜改善プランの策定
- ブランド・トラッキング調査、消費者調査、クリエイティブテストの設計・実行管理
- ハンズオンでのプレゼンテーション資料の作成、クライアントへのプレゼンテーション、ディスカッション
必須要件（Qualifications）
- マーケティング戦略・コミュニケーション戦略立案の実務経験（目安：5年以上）
- 広範なデータ分析に基づいた、戦略立案〜実行〜効果検証のリード経験
- ハンズオンでデータ分析業務が実行できるスキルセット（分析デザインから実行まで）
- Excelデータ分析機能をつかった基礎統計スキル（相関分析、回帰分析...など）
- GA4やソーシャルリスニングツールを使った分析業務経験
- クリエイティブチーム、メディアチームとの協働経験
- 社内各部門・社外パートナー（調査会社、PR会社等）を巻き込み、プロジェクトを前に進める推進力
- 日本語によるコミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
歓迎要件（Preferred）
- ビジネス統計基礎知識 保有者（有意差検定、相関分析、回帰分析などの基礎知識）
- MMM・アトリビューション、リフト計測などの評価手法への理解
- AIに対し関心が高く積極的に活用している
