Workplace Coordinator, Customer Engagement
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will serve as the face of Zoom’s Tokyo office, creating meaningful experiences for customers, employees, and visitors at one of our most important customer-facing sites in the region. You will lead day-to-day operations while supporting high-impact customer events and Experience Center programming, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Zoom’s standard for world-class service. Beyond office management, you will play an active part in the planning and execution of Zoom’s new Tokyo office relocation, collaborating with contractors, internal stakeholders, and a global Real Estate and Workplace Services team spanning markets from Singapore to San Jose. Full professional fluency in Japanese and English is required for this role. This position requires on-site presence five (5) days per week at our Tokyo, Japan office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role.
About the Team
The Real Estate and Workplace Services team at Zoom drives the physical environments and workplace experiences that enable Zoom’s global workforce to do their best work. Operating across major offices in the Asia Pacific region and beyond, this team ensures every Zoom location is a welcoming, functional, and connected space for Zoomies and customers alike. As a member of the Tokyo team, you will contribute to a growing APAC presence with close ties to counterparts in Singapore, Sydney, Mumbai, and the broader global organization.
