Working closely with executives, business leaders, and AI/Data teams, you will lead strategic AI initiatives, support organizational change, and guide enterprise-wide AI adoption from planning through execution.

Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation projects for enterprise clients.
- Define AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Support clients in building AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.
- Design and establish AI Centers of Excellence (AI CoE).
- Collaborate with executives and business leaders to drive AI adoption across the organization.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.
- Manage project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Support change management initiatives related to AI implementation.
- Keep up with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience leading AI or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and modern AI technologies.
- Experience in consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience establishing AI governance or AI CoE initiatives.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
