Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description DSA(治験薬配送手配)チームの一員として、すべてのお客様の注文が正確かつタイムリーに適切に処理されるよう、高い意欲を持つ人材を募集しています。お客様の声に耳を傾け、チームメンバーと協力しながら、興味深い課題に取り組む機会と責任を担っていただきます。確立された手順を遵守することが重要であることを理解しつつ、チームを支えるために、新しく興味深い課題に取り組むためのアプローチも積極的に講じていただきます。 職務内容： (1)治験計画に基づき、規定された手順から逸脱することなく、治験薬配送のための出荷・配送オーダーの処理 (2)ピッキングリストの作成および配送用書類の準備(国別の要件対応含) (3)システムへの在庫・出荷データ入力、管理 (4)トラブル・緊急対応の発生時に、顧客、チームと綿密なコミュニケーションを図り、 問題を解決、顧客のニーズを満たすために必要なアクションをとる。 (5)cGMP(医薬品管理基準)に基づいた高品質なオペレーションの維持 (6)チームとしての１日の業務目標を達成するために、チーム全体の処理能力を把握し、自身の業務だけでなくチームメンバーの業務サポートを適宜行う ※デスクワークが中心ですが、必要に応じて現場(倉庫・出荷エリア)確認も行います。 ※治験薬配送手配に関し、顧客とのコミュニケーションには電話を使用するケースもあるため、電話応対が業務上必要になります。 勤務地： 東京都江東区 学歴・資格： 高校卒業資格、または同等の資格 実務経験： 物流、倉庫、SCMいずれかの実務経験2年以上、英語での読み書き(初級以上)に抵抗がない方 【歓迎】 医薬品業界(GMP環境)での経験、正確な事務処理が得意な方 能力・スキル： ・ 顧客志向であり、学習能力が高いこと ・ 決められた手順を遵守し作業に当たり、異常を検知した場合にチーム・上長に対してタイムリーに報告することができる ・ 問題解決能力に優れ、前向きかつエネルギッシュな姿勢で業務に取り組めること。 ・ Microsoft Office（MS
