•職位概要 •需要予測に基づいた適正な在庫レベルを分析し,最適な在庫を確保•維持するために必要な管理を実行する。 •自律的に物事の問題を発見して改善をリードすることに責任を負い,業務品質の改善を通じて国内外の各プロセスに最適な製品調達プロセスを構築する。 •外部製造所•フォワーダーのサプライヤー管理,関係者への情報共有•報告,オペレーションのサポートを行う。 •職務及び責務 営業•マーケティング•財務の各ファンクションとの協働力を深めることで,より正確な需要予測の作成を可能とするプロセスを構築,維持,運用する。 各製品の需要と供給の動きを正確に分析し,欠品機会及び余剰在庫の発生を最小限に抑え,国内在庫の最適化を図る。 在庫計画•発注•輸入•入荷等のプロセスおよび業務品質の改善をリードし,リードタイム短縮,コスト削減,End to endオペレーションの平準化,納期に関する顧客満足の維持•向上に貢献する。 サプライヤー(主として国際貨物フォワーダー•外部製造所)との間で締結されたサービスレベルアグリーメントやKPIの目標を達成するために,サプライヤーの業務内容を理解して協働•管理する。 リパック•リラベルオペレーションを行っている外部製造所の資材調達,生産計画の策定,トラブル発生時の指示等のオペレーションサポートを行う。 通関業務委託に関わるコンプライアンスを遵守するために,遵守確認プロセスを構築し運用する。 チームの派遣社員業務のサポート•管理を行う。 グループの業務を遂行するために部門内外,国内外のメンバーおよびサプライヤーと必要なコミュニケーションを粘り強く行う。 内部外部からの知識•業務経験やラーニングを有効に活用し,チームの業務改善•知識向上•業務遂行能力向上に貢献する。 問題発生時に迅速に是正をリードする。•資格 顧客志向,戦略的思考,危機管理能力,コミュニケーション能力に長け強いリーダーシップを発揮できること。 メールコミュニケーションが可能な英語力...
