概要 RWAS (Real-World & Analytics Solutions)は医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータの解析・ソリューション構築と提供・研究支援事業および医療・ヘルスケアに特化した経営コンサルティング機能を有する組織です。 Medical Information Strategyは、国内外IQVIA Groupと協力した新規ソリューションの企画開発、リアルワールドデータをベースとした事業開発、自治体・医療機関・官公庁などへのサービス開発等を担当しています。 今回は、自治体・医療機関向けのプロダクト/ソリューション事業拡大のため Sr. Technical Consultant / Project Manager職を募集します。 業務内容 社内外の複数の関係者とともに、医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータを 活用したプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの開発と継続的な改善をリード頂きます。 •IQVIAの中長期戦略に基づいた、最適なプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスコンセプトの企画と事業目標の設定•顧客シニアマネジメント層への提案と説明•プロダクト/ソリューション/サービスの中長期的なロードマップの作成と改善に向けたバックログ管理•開発チーム、セキュリティ・コンプライアンスコミッティとの議論に基づいた、持続的かつ最適なプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスデザインと開発プランの策定•最新の市場・技術動向の把握とプロダクト/ソリューション/サービスへの改善提案応募資格 必須 ・顧客サイトにおいてのワーキング参加から要件定義などの上流フェーズ、並びにそれ以降の開発から定着化までの導入支援の経験。 ・最新のテクノロジーに対する目利き力、それらを採用したアーキテクチャ設計の経験とスキル ・ソフトウェア、サービス開発、SIプロジェクト、いずれかにおける10年以上の技術部隊での経験、および、長期的な製品ポートフォリオ/ロードマップの策定/管理経験 ・5年以上にわたる、5人以上のメンバーを率いたプロダクトオーナー、プロジェクトマネージャなどの経験 ・システム開発における確実なQCDステータス管理、状況を構造化し透明性のある報告が行えるスキルと経験 尚良 ・中央省庁を含む、医療従事者、施設に対する幅広いネットワーク ・自治体ならびに公的病院に対して統合医療データベース、プラットフォームの提案、構築に関わった経験 ・海外との英語でのコミュニケーション能力（バーバル/mail）とネイティブな日本語能力 ・医療情報分野における国の実証実験や各種団体（JAMI、JAHISなど）への参加経験 ・医療情報分野に関わる、各種データ交換規約（HL7 FHIR、DICOM）や、標準データコード（ICD10、HOT、JLAC10）、各種ガイドライン（3省2ガイドライン、個人情報保護法など）、データモデル（SDM, OMOP)に関する知識 ・クラウドサービス（Azure/AWSなど）、データウェアハウス、データレイク、各種BIツールを用いた医療情報データの分析と環境構築の経験
業務内容 メディカルモニタリング：日本に割り当てられたプロジェクトのメディカルアドバイザーとして以下の役割を担う ・プロトコルの明確化、組入れ基準の決定、患者さんの安全性・適格性の問題を含むプロトコル関連の問題について、プロジェクトメンバーや治験実施医療機関に対し医学的アドバイスを行う ・プロトコル、治験薬概要書、症例報告書の医学的レビューを行う ・プロジェクトチームに対し、疾患領域や適応症に関するトレーニングを提供する ・インヴェスティゲーター・ミーティングに参加する ・有害事象のレビューを行う ・ファーマコビジランス部門と協力して、重篤な有害事象のレビューを行う ・ファーマコビジランス部門と協力し、またはその代理として、累積/類似症例の分析をサポートする ・有害事象コーディングの医学的レビューを行う ・総括報告書とナラティブのレビューを行う ・キックオフミーティング、チームミーティング、クライアントミーティングに参加する ・就業時間以外にプロトコル関連する緊急問題が生じた場合は、所定のルールに従ってタイムリーに対応する 候補者要件 ・日本における医師免許 ・4年以上の臨床経験（研修期間含む） ・血液内科または消化器内科の臨床経験（研修期間含む） ・語学力 日本語：あらゆるコミュニケーションの場面におけるビジネスレベルの能力 英語：読む・書くについてビジネスレベルの能力。および、聞く・話すについて日常会話が可能であり、就業後に能力を向上する意欲があること ・5年以上の臨床経験（研修期間含む） ・血液内科または消化器内科の専門医認定 ・語学力 英語：あらゆるコミュニケーションの場面におけるビジネスレベルの能力。 勤務時間 原則フルタイム(7.5hour/day フレックスタイム適用) パート・時短・曜日限定勤務などは応相談 勤務地 ・自宅/リモートベース（研修や会議のため、入社後2か月程度の間は、週に1-3回のペースでオフィス（東京都品川区/大阪市淀川区）勤務要） IQVIA is a leading global provider
