Division： Inner Beauty Business Department Job level： Manager/Staff Reports to： Group Manager Contract type： Full-time Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容） 募集概要：資生堂が目指すPersonal Beauty Wellnessを体現するブランド「資生堂ビューティーウエルネス」傘下には、日本コラーゲン市場ナンバーワンブランドである「ザ・コラーゲン」に加えて、24年新しく発売された漢方のツムラ社との共同開発でつくられた「チューンボーテ」、カゴメとの共同開発でつくられた時間美容ドリンク「ルーティーナ」がある。また、「資生堂ビューティウエルネス」は独自のOMOモデルを構築すべく、ECサイトでの販売を実施している。今回のこのECサイト育成、「資生堂ビューティウエルネス」ブランド育成、「チューンボーテ」、「ルーティナ」ブランド、事業育成を担うマーケティング担当者を募集する。具体的には、自社ECサイトのユーザー基盤構築および個々のブランドの成長戦略、活動計画、コミュニケーションの設計と実行、消費者と顧客のプロモーション、販売戦略、トレードマーケティング活動、独自OMOモデルの構築、損益管理が含まれる。今年生まれたばかりの新しいブランドを成長軌道にのせることに意欲を感じてくださる方を求めます。 主要な責任範囲：※選考を通して、職務範囲を決定いたします。 ー「チューンボーテ」「ルーティナ」のブランドポートフォリオ戦略立案およびマネジメント業務、中長期でのブランド成長および年次の業績目標達成を目指す。 （財務指標） グローバルP/L： 収益($)、営業利益($、%) （ブランド指標）：市場パフォーマンス、ブランド指標 ープランニングにおいては、テーマ仮説出し、情報収集分析、企画立案・提案、実行支援・調整、モニタリング・軌道修正までを一貫して、自らリードし進める。 ー社外、社内のあらゆる機会や脅威を定量調査、定性調査を通して検証したうえで、顧客への提供価値を最大化するブランド戦略、活動計画を策定する。 ー商品開発グループと協業し、中長期にわたる新製品開発パイプラインを策定し、各市場の生活者ニーズに応える商品開発を進める。 ー外部のパートナーと緊密に連携して、統合されたマーケティングコミュニケーション計画を策定、実行する。 ーターゲット生活者の行動特性をもとに主要店頭チャネルおよび自社ＥＣへの顧客流入を促進する、タッチポイントおよびメッセージ戦略および活動計画を策定・実行する。 ー売上情報、各種市場データ、ブランドトラッキングデータをもとに、迅速なＰＤＣＡを運用する。 ーROlの評価:定期的にモニタリングし、継続的改善を行う。 ーデジタル運用チームと連携して、「資生堂ビューティウエルネス」ECサイト、ブランドサイトを通したユーザー基盤の構築のPDCAをブランドマーケティング視点でリードする。 ー営業チームと緊密に連携して、販売計画、トレードマーケティング活動計画を策定、実行する。生活者だけでなく取引先のインサイトをとらえ、実効性の高い効果的な施策を開発していく。 ーＳ＆ＯＰプロセスにおいてブランド売上計画の責任を担う。 Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質） ＜スキル/経験＞
