職務内容 [募集背景] 独立系 Fintech コンサルティング会社として、決済（ペイメント）関連分野を中心とし た Fintech 領域のコンサルティングやプロジェクト実行支援サービスを提供しています。プロジ ェクトマネジメントに特化して戦略立案から事業構築、サービスイン後の事業運営までを一気通貫でご支援しており、日本の大手企業をはじめ、欧米のグローバル企業や東南アジアの企業など をクライアントとして、多数のプロジェクト実績を有しています。 2018 年の創業来、急速な事業 成長を実現し、2022 年 10 月に創業から 5 年弱というスピードで東京証券取引所グロース市場に 上場を果たしています。今回は、当社のさらなる成長に向けて、各種プロジェクトにおいてご活 躍いただけるアソシエイトの増員のための募集となります。 [職務責任] 戦略立案・事業企画等の上流フェーズからプロジェクト責任を担うプロジェクトマネージャーと して、クライアント企業の Fintech 領域（主に決済・ペイメント関連領域）におけるプロジェク トの課題解決に向けて、クライアントや関係者と折衝しながら、チームのタスク遂行や成果物作 成などプロジェクト全般をマネジメントいただきます。 [主な業務内容］ ・戦略立案・事業企画等の上流フェーズからのプロジェクトの成果物全般の品質管理 ・マネージャー、コンサルタント、アソシエイト、ビジネスパートナー等のタスク確認や業務調整 ・クライアントやプロジェクト関係者とのタスク確認や業務調整、折衝等 ・担当プロジェクトの予算管理 ・プロジェクトメンバーの育成 ・その他プロジェクトに付随する業務（提案作業等） ※セールスミッションはディレクターからになり、〜マネジャーは PJT
