ソラコムのバックエンドエンジニアは、ソラコムの提供するサービスを支えるバックエンドの業務システムを構築・運用するエンジニアです。 IoTシステム構築に使いやすいサービスを提供するためには、単にそのサービス自体が便利なだけではなく、お客様がビジネスを構築しやすい料金体系や支払い手段の提供、運用時に使いやすい権限設定などの機能提供が必要です。またお客様に提供する機能だけでなく、ソラコム自体がプラットフォームとしてスケールしていくための内部向けシステム、例えば顧客サポートのための管理コンソールや定形業務を自動化するシステムなどを提供する必要があります。 このポジションではその中でも特に、グループ会社を中心とした通信キャリア・MNOと技術の連携を行い、その企業様の事業や取り組みの中から、ソラコムの技術を活用できるものを見つけ出して支援する役割を担います。SORACOMのプラットフォームを拡張しつつ、通信キャリア・MNOで個別に必要となる機能があればそれも開発し、その後SORACOMにも反映して全てのお客様に使って頂くようなケースもあります。 ソラコムのバックエンドエンジニアは、新しいサービスやビジネスの枠組みを作る段階から、さまざまなポジションの社員とコミュニケーションを取りあい、利用ユーザーであるお客様が使いやすいシステムの仕様策定から構築、運用までを一貫して行います。 Requirements 仕事内容 通信キャリア・MNO向けにSORACOMを提供するためのシステムインテグレーション 日本およびグローバルで提供するソラコム各サービスの課金・決済システムの設計・構築・運用 社内利用の業務システムの設計・構築・運用 利用者のフィードバックを元に、継続的にシステムの改善とリリースを行う ソラコムのビジネス拡大をシステムで支える 必須のスキル Javaを使った業務ロジックの実装経験 ビジネスに必要な機能を把握し、ビジネスサイドと共に適切な仕様を定義し、実装・テストする能力 自らの手を動かして試す・体験することが出来る姿勢 システム全体および利用するライブラリ・フレームワークを理解した上で実装する姿勢 ビジネスレベルの日本語力 テキストベースでコミュニケーションができる英語力 歓迎するスキル AWS、GCPもしくはAzureでのインフラ構築・運用経験 Spring Boot などを用いた API 開発経験 HadoopやSparkなどの分散処理フレームワークでのシステム構築経験 決済サービスやプロダクトに関する知識・経験 起業もしくはスタートアップでの勤務経験 テレコムのビジネス（iSIM, eSIM等）に関わったことがある経験 こんな方に来てほしい！ 私たちはテクノロジースタートアップです。最先端テクノロジーの力をバックにトップスピードで走り続け、自らも急成 長しながら世の中に大きなうねりを生み出したいと考えています。メンバーには卓越したプロフェッショナルであることはもちろんのこと、以下のような方に来ていただきたいと思っています。 常にセルフモチベートされ自律的でエネルギッシュである方 新しい物事への適応が早く、柔軟な考えをお持ちの方 誠実で好感度が高く、他人へのリスペクトがある方 ITやテクノロジーへの高い知識獲得意欲と、自身が担当する部分以外にも積極的にアドバイスしてチームとして最高の結果を出すことに貢献できる方
