◆所属部署RWAS (Real-World & Analytics Solutions)は医療ビッグデータ/リアルワールドデータの解析・ソリューション構築と提供・研究支援事業および医療・ヘルスケアに特化した経営コンサルティング機能を有する組織です。 RWAS戦略室/Medical Information Strategyは、国内外IQVIA Groupと協力した新規ソリューションの企画開発、リアルワールドデータ（RWD）をベースとした事業開発、自治体・医療機関・官公庁などへのサービス開発等を担当しています。 ・リアルワールドデータ(日常における医療・健康ビッグデータ)の真の活用を軸に、国内外におけるIQVIAの様々なケイパビリティをつないで新たな価値を創出していく部署です。 ・同部門には、データサイエンス、医療情報IT、患者中心、IT技術開発を軸に組成されるチームがあり、多様な能力を持つメンバーとの協働はもちろんのこと、部門外の様々なチームと日常的に関わりながら業務を遂行します。 ◆業務内容 ・がん領域の治験効率化に伴う、システム内の医療用語をEngineerと連携しながら、データ整理（ご自身でコード書く必要はございません） ・導入した医療機関のユーザーエンゲージメント/カスタマーサクセス業務 ・医療機関向け、同システムの導入運用支援 ・ヘルスケアデータに に対して、AI学習用の教師データを作成 例）「病名＝肺癌、遺伝子変異＝EGFR: 陽性」などそこの文章から抽出するべき項目について正解ラベルをつける等 ◆役割への期待値 ・1~3か月目: システムの仕組み理解を深める / データの特徴理解 / 病名・薬剤等の医療データマスタの理解 ・3か月目～: システム内/RWDの医療用語データの整理およびマッピング / ヘルスケアデータのAI学習用教師データ作成 ・6か月目～: 導入医療機関のエンゲージメント/カスタマーサクセス ・その他: ご興味と適正に応じて事業開発活動にもかかわって頂きます ◆チームの雰囲気 ・多能な能力バックグラウンドを持つ精鋭メンバー集団 ・
