物流拠点における商品の入荷から出荷工程で発生する検品、棚入れ、ピッキングなどの業務に従事いただきます。 アマゾンの物流インフラを支え、お客様に迅速に商品をお届けするためには欠かせない重要な仕事です。 本職種は最長8時間程度の立ち・歩き仕事です。取り扱う荷物は平均2～3kg程度となり、荷物の運搬・上げ下げが発生します。 1人で取り扱う荷物の重さは最大で15kg程度となり、15kgを超過する場合は2名以上で運搬を行います。 また、業務では、コンピュータ端末（ハンディスキャナ）を操作します。 （スマートフォンの操作に抵抗がなければ操作そのものは難しいものではありません。） その他、一部工程ではパソコンのキーボード操作を行うことがあります。パソコンの経験がない方も、入社後に研修を行いますのでご安心下さい。 【役割・業務詳細】 入荷から出荷工程で発生する下記いずれかの業務を担当します。 ・入荷：入荷商品を確認し、破損の有無、入荷予定の商品に間違いがないかをチェックした後、ハンディスキャナを用いてバーコードを読み取り、商品棚に商品を格納します。 ・出荷：お客様からご注文いただくと出荷情報がハンディスキャナに表示されますので、指定の棚から商品をピックアップします。商品をピックアップ後は、配達エリアごとに商品の仕分けを行い、段ボール・紙袋に梱包します。 ※上記以外に在庫管理や返品処理などの業務を担当いただくことがございます。業務内容の詳細は選考前に資料を送付しますので、ご確認ください。 ※配属部署は会社にて決定します。希望を承ることは出来ません。 【職場環境】 ・アマゾンは従業員の安全を第一に考えて業務に取り組んでいます。社内には安全ルールがあり、必ず順守いただきます。 （例：構内は走らない、作業者の後ろを通る際は声がけを行う、安全面を考慮した服装で仕事をする等） ・構内は物流機器が稼働しており、機械音が発生する中コミュニケーションを取る必要があります。 空調は完備されていますが、荷物の搬入・搬出の際には外気に触れる環境下で業務を行うこともあります。 【勤務時間】 フルタイム、パートタイム共に固定シフトでご勤務頂きます。 ■フルタイム：40時間/週5日勤務 ■パートタイム： 12時間/週3日勤務 15時間/週3日勤務 20時間/週4日勤務 代表的なシフト： ■フルタイム：8:00-17:00（火・水・木・金・土）、12:00-21:00（火・水・木・金・土）、21:00-30:00（火・水・木・金・土）等 ■パートタイム：8:00-13:00（火・木・土）、8:00-13:00（月・水・木・土）、9:00-13:00（火・木・土）等 ※他にも各時間帯で勤務曜日のパターンは複数あり ※月平均10～20時間程度の時間外勤務の可能性あり 【その他事項】 ・Amazon は多様かつインクルーシブな職場づくりを目指しています。Amazonは男女雇用機会均等法を順守しています。
