企業概要 ■■■人とアイディアに翼を授ける■■■ 弊社は1984年にオーストリアで設立されたエナジードリンクの会社です。日本では2005年から国内に向けた販売がスタートし、それまでに無かったエナジードリンクと呼ばれる新しいカテゴリーが誕生しました。創業から現在までユニークなマーケティング手法で拡販を続け、新型コロナの影響を受けつつも、二桁成長を続けています。現在は欧米だけでなく、アジアやアフリカ諸国にも拡大を続けています。 リージョナルアカウントエグゼクティブは、地域スーパー、ドラッグストア等におけるレッドブルエナジードリンクの流通、供給を強化、最適化し、売り上げの拡大を目指します。今回募集するポジションは、大阪府を拠点として関西エリアの一部を担当するポジションで、主に大阪府を中心としたエリアのキーアカウントに対し、営業計画の立案・プロモーション提案、商品流通から店舗展開、その後のKPI管理、改善提案から実行までを一気通貫して担当頂きます。仕事の比率は、概ね本部担当業務7割、店舗担当業務3割となります。 本ポジションはWestエリアのオフプレミスを管轄するRegional Sales Managerにレポートします。それぞれ異なるエリアを担当するため、業務範囲、役割は広くチャレンジングなポジションですが、任される裁量は大きく、自由と責任の中で個人のパフォーマンスがダイレクトに反映されるやりがいのあるポジションです。既存のキーアカウントの売り上げ拡大を目指し、レッドブルブランドが届いていない地域に対してのチャネル、シェア、認知度拡大を目指します。 キーアカウント本部バイヤー・卸担当及び店舗スタッフとの良好な関係性を構築し、パートナーシップを更に強化させて行く事、自ら考え行動する事、潜在顧客に対してレッドブルブランドの正しい理解と認知を広めていく事にやりがい、楽しみを見いだせる方を募集しています。 求人内容 Sales Plannnig & Execution 営業計画の推進、実行 配荷、投資効率を考えた顧客プランの立案 KPI目標値の達成 商品流通、販売数、予算、冷蔵庫・販促品の配置、店頭展開のPDCAサイクルを回す 各店舗内でのブランディングの確立 グローバルガイドラインに沿った店頭展開の実施 ビジビリティスペースの確保 Building Success 顧客、担当先バイヤー、その他ステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持と強化 Sales Management and Analysis 顧客や、伸長率及び収益性の分析 セールスプロモーション/ビジビリティ効果の分析 販売数ベースにおける顧客実績の把握 社外、社内向けレポート作成 資格 必須スキル BtoB営業実務経験(目安3年以上) 自動車運転免許 歓迎スキル FMCG業界の中で、WholeselerまたはSM、ドラッグ等のアカウントマネジメント経験
