NISADEでは、ニセコ、ルスツ、富良野でゲストサービス担当者を募集しています! ゲストエクスペリエンスアンバサダー (GEA) は、お客様に最高の体験を提供することを中心に、幅広い業務を行っています。GSRは、お客様にとって最初と最後に対応するNISADEの顔となり、記憶に残る存在です。GEA の主な役割は、ゲストの案内をすることですが、それ以外にもさまざまなサービスがあります。世間話をしながら、アクティビティ、レストラン、場所などを提案することも必要です。また、特別なサービスがある場合は、その内容を把握し、ゲストに提案をしなければなりません。 特にチェックインが混み合う時間帯は、多くのタスクをこなさなければならないため、可能な限りフロントスタッフをサポートすること。フロントスタッフからタスクを割り当てられた場合、GEAはタイムリーにタスクを実行するか、すでにタスクがある場合は、他のGEAを探す手助けをしなければなりません。 主な職務 すべてのお客様を笑顔とアイコンタクトで温かくお迎えし、指定された部屋までご案内します。 ゲストの荷物を運びお部屋へエスコートします。 毎日のタスクをスーパーバイザーに報告します。 リゾートで現在行われているプロモーションやアクティビティをゲストに伝え、ゲストサービスを向上させる 電話やオンラインでレストランを予約し、T&Cにサイン、レストランとのコンファメーション、必要であればレストランまでお客様をお送りする。 フロントのサポートとして、ロビーでのお客様対応と清掃を行う。 フロントデスクでの電話対応 チェックリストに従い、共用部、トイレ、温泉、廊下、通路を清潔に保つ。 施設内のアメニティ、リネン、レンタル品など、宿泊客からの問い合わせに対するフロントスタッフのアシスト エントランスやバルコニーなどの除雪のお手伝い その他、スーパーバイザーから指示された業務 スキーバレー Job Summary: Guest Experience Ambassadors (GEA) have a
