物流センターや工場における仕組み化、効率化を推進するにあたり、ロボットの能力を最大限に活用し、より高度な在庫情報やオーダー情報を活用して、周辺の搬送機器（AGVやコンベヤなど）も制御する必要性があります。これらの設備を制御するシステムが倉庫制御システム(WES)と呼ばれています。 本ポジションでは、WMSと連携するWESの開発プロジェクトマネージャーとして従事していただきます。今後開発していくWESはWMSとのデータ連携が求められるため、今までのWMS構築で培ったWMS設計〜開発の知見を通じてWES構築プロジェクトを牽引いただくことを期待しております。今後ニーズが高まってくるロボット導入による自動化や持続可能な物流オペレーションの構築〜運用にご知見を広げていただけます。 職務内容 * WES開発において顧客打ち合わせをし、業務要件をシステム開発の要件に具体化し、合意内容を文書化 * マルチベンダーによるプロジェクトのマネジメント * システム開発のプロジェクト計画と監視を担当する * システム開発の進捗状況や課題を定期的にモニタリングし、プロジェクトを前進する * システム開発におけるリスク管理と品質管理を実施し、テストシナリオを作成する * 多くのステークホルダーを巻き込み、関係者の合意を得て、顧客満足度の高いソリューションを提供する * 担当プロジェクトやシステムに関するアフターサポートを提供する * 倉庫管理システム(WMS)、倉庫制御システム(WES/WCS)のいずれかの3年以上のシステム開発経験 * 倉庫管理システム(WMS)、倉庫制御システム(WES/WCS)いずれかのシステム開発におけるPM/PLの経験 * プロジェクトの予算管理、リスク管理、品質管理の経験 * 技術的な問題解決能力と優れた判断力 Computer Futures is part of the larger SThree group, the global
