本ポジションはサービスセールスマネージャーとしてサービス領域で率先してビジネス拡大を図り,チームをリードしていくポジションです。 JJSV Technical Service部門において,サービス保守契約(POSを含む)の販売,プロモーション,サービス開発を行うポジションです。自らが営業(Service Sales Manager)として,部内フィールドサービスチームや社内コマーシャル部門と良好な関係を構築し,ハイタッチサービスを顧客,ビジネスパートナーへ提供します。また,新しいサービスビジネスを開発•開拓し業務を拡大することや,マーケティング手法を用い,新しい方法で新しいサービスを市場に提供します。 サービスセールスとして •売上,利益に貢献することを目的とし,四半期毎,年間の目標を達成するためのサービスセールス業務を行う •JJSVのサービスメニューの中で,オポチュイティ―発掘から提案,契約締結の営業アクションを実施し,コマーシャル部門及びパートナーへハンドオーバーしお客様へ,サービスを提供完了まで責任をもって遂行する •JJSVコマーシャル部門およびビジネスパートナーの新規や既存の関係者と良好な関係を構築し,要件を適切に理解し,関連部門との調整を円滑に行い,お客様の期待を上回る提案書を作成するといった営業活動をすることで,売り上げ,利益を拡大する •大型案件を個々に精査しオーナーシップをもって案件ごとにお客様への営業を行う •Opportunity分析に基づき,各種ツールを提供しJJSVの営業を行う •お客様からエスカレーションされたサービスセールス案件を迅速に解決処理する •売り上げが目標に達しないときは自ら解決に向け行動を起こし達成へ最大限の行動を実施する •お客様へ提供するサービスを通じてお客様満足度を維持•向上させる リーダーとして •メンバーとのチームビルディングを図る •BP戦略に則した日本での戦略策定とビジネスデベロップメントを実行する •案件のPipe Line管理,Activity等のKPIの管理と上司への定期的報告を行う •コマーシャル部門のマネジャー(RSM•AMなど),国内パートナー,AP Service Operationチームと良好な関係を作り,連携して予算を達成する ジョンソン•エンド•ジョンソンは,健康こそすべてだと考えています。ヘルスケアイノベーションにおける私たちの強みが,複雑な病を予防•治療•治癒し,治療をよりスマート化した,低侵襲なものに進化させ,一人ひとりの患者さんに合ったソリューションを提供することができる世界を築く力になります。 Innovative MedicineとMedTechにおける専門性を生かし,将来の飛躍的な進化に向けてヘルスケアソリューションの幅広い領域でイノベーションを推し進め,人々の健康に大きなインパクトを与えていきます。 https://www.jnj.com/必須スキル•経験•知識 •病院向けビジネスでの営業スキル,経験を有し,経験5年以上が望ましい •営業マネジャーもしくはリーダー経験 •新規事業開拓スキル•マーケティングスキル •Windows 11, M365に関する基本スキル •ネゴシエーションスキル •論理的なコミュニケーション能力 •各部門と良好な関係を築く能力
