職種 正社員 職務明細 【部門紹介】 お客様のオンプレミス環境から、クラウド環境へ移行する際におけるコンサルティング、設計構築、移行、運用等、サービス全般を提供します。また、クラウド移行後の環境においては、コグニティブ・オートメーション・ツールの力を活用し、ビジネス・プロセスとITインフラにまたがる効率の高い統合オペレーション・サービスを構築、提供しています。 【プロジェクト紹介】 現在国や地域毎で管理されているお客様のオンプレミス環境をクラウド環境へ移行し、サービスやプロセスの標準化、AI/自動化による省力化を図り、競争力の高い運用サービスを提供します。基幹システムをはじめとする数百システムをクラウド（AWS）化をするにあたり、単なるLift & Shiftではなく、PaaS、サーバーレス、コンテナ活用などAWSの様々な機能の活用に置き換えて、現状のアプリ資産のリビルド、リホストをお客様と一緒に企画構想から考え、要件定義を行います。その案件にクラウドソリューションアーキテクト（AWS Infrastructure）としてプロジェクトに参加します。現在、そのプロジェクトのPM(日本人メンバー)、アプリケーションアーキテクト(インド人メンバーのバイリンガル)は決まっているため、本求人ではAWS Infrastructureのリードメンバーを募集しています。 上記案件でない場合は、国内大手メーカーのDevSecOpsのPMの案件等もあります。弊社でのプロジェクト経験を積んでいただいた後は、大手クラウドサプライヤーとの戦略的パートナシップによる技術支援プロジェクト（プリセールス）等もあります。 【ポジションの魅力】 日本だけでなくインドや米国、欧州等複数国にわたるメンバーと協業した業務経験を通して、クラウドソリューションアーキテクトとしてのプロジェクト経験を積むことができます。 【将来のキャリアパス】 ・単なるOffshore化ではなく、Offshoreと協業してサービスを提供することで、国籍や居住国問わず多種多様なメンバーとグローバルで業務を遂行する経験をすることができます。将来的にはTCSでのハイブリット案件のサービスデリバリマネージャ(DM)やオフショアを含む技術リード(責任者)などのキャリアパスが考えられます。また、TCS社内でのプロジェクト経験を積んだ後は、プリセールスなどのキャリアもあります。 スキル・資格 【必要条件】 ・オンプレミス環境からのクラウド移行経験 ・パブリッククラウド/ハイブリッドクラウドの設計・構築・運用経験 ・顧客要件を要件定義書として形式知化するスキル 【歓迎条件】 ・チームメンバーの管理/リード経験 ・PaaS、サーバーレス、コンテナ活用、DevSecOpsなどAWSの活用経験 【英語力】 メールやドキュメントの読み書き、Offshoreとの連携等で英語対応が求められる。 業務内容 ・オンプレミス環境のアセスメント、クラウド移行ロードマップの検討 ・オンプレミス環境からクラウド環境へ移行することの効果（コスト削減、俊敏性の向上等）、ビジネスケースを検討（DevSecOps、PaaS、サーバーレス、コンテナ活用等） ・既存のオンプレミス環境の運用サービスを、クラウド運用サービスへ切り替え検討 ・クラウド移行後のマルチクラウド運用サービスカタログの整理 ・基幹システムをはじめとする数百システムをクラウド（AWS）化の実行 学歴 問わず その他 ■勤務地 本社（東京
