急募英語日本語の翻訳プロジェクトでご活躍いただく翻訳者当社では言語エキスパートLanguage Expertと呼んでいますを募集しています。 ご希望に応じて、プロジェクトコーディネーターとしてもご活躍いただける方を採用いたします。 [業務内容] 英語日本語の翻訳プロジェクトにおいて、原文の翻訳を担当していただきます。また、弊社ではチームで翻訳を行っています。プロジェクトマネージャー、コピーライターや校正者など、チームの一員としての活躍が求められます。言語エキスパートとして、文化的な背景を考慮した文脈的な解釈をお願いする場合もあります。 具体的には 英語と日本語の文章の文化的背景を理解し、共有する プロジェクトマネージャーやコーディネーターと英語、日本語でコミュニケーションをとる クライアントに提出する納品物の根拠を説明することができる 英語と日本語の文章の校正、ターゲットとなる文章と原文の比較 プロジェクトマネージャーやコーディネーターとの調整に対応できる 必要に応じて英語日本語の翻訳メモリーTMを管理することができる UIの翻訳では、直訳ではなく、ウェブサービスを理解し、実際にサービスを利用するエンドユーザーのことを考慮した翻訳が求められます。 トランスクリエーションが求められる案件もあります。ライティング経験は生かせます。 [求めるスキル・経験] 英語と日本語に堪能であることライティング・会話 3年以上の翻訳文章の翻訳経験 言語、文化、翻訳に関する学位および/または専門的トレーニング 状況に応じて、落ち着いて効果的な対話ができるコミュニケーションスキル 言語の才能と、言語に対する想い トランスクリエーションの経験マーケティングライティング、コピーライティングなど、クリエイティブなライティング経験がある方は生かせます 日本における現在の日本語の使用に関する理解 良い文章と素晴らしい文章の違いがわかる 細部への注意、期限を意識した問題解決能力 QA/QCの経験必須ではありませんが、尚可 CAT (computer-aided translation) ツールの使用経験とTM管理の経験必須ではありませんが、尚可 字幕翻訳の経験は必須ではありませんが、生かせます。 契約条件] 契約プロジェクトベースのフリーランス業務委託契約 勤務地リモートワーク 採用プロセス 応募書類提出→書類選考→オンライン筆記試験→オンライン面談→採用 ※パイロット期間3ヶ月を経て、年間契約となります。
