Microsoft 365 サポート チームは、Microsoft 365 全体のサービスを対応するサポート チームです。企業様や教育機関様、パートナー様など幅広いお客様からのお問い合わせを担当しております。 当チームは、お客様のお問い合わせを対応するエンジニア (Tier1/2) と共に、日本のお客様に耳を傾け、一緒に問題解決を行い、製品の品質向上にもつなげていく、サポート エスカレーション チーム (Tier3) です。 担当は、主に製品や技術分野で役割分担されており、今回のポジションについては、以下の製品、サービスを担当いただきます。 Microsoft 365 Apps (Office クライアント製品) Microsoft 365 Copilot Microsoft 365 Copilot は、Microsoft 365 各種サービスに AI を搭載したものとなり、ビジネス パーソンの生産性向上させるだけでなく、働き方を改革する新たな AI アシスタントになることが期待されています。今後さらに Microsoft 365 各サービスの Copilot 機能に関するお問い合わせも増加することが想定されております。Microsoft 365 Apps と Copilot に興味があり、日本社会の生産性向上、働き方改革に寄与されたい方は、是非奮ってご応募ください。
