「届ける」から「続ける」へ。人とテクノロジーで教育を再定義する。 「オンライン教育における新たな課題は、学習効果を上げるためにいかに学習を継続できるか。」テクノロジーの発展により、世界最高峰の教育へのアクセスが可能になりつつあります。しかし、世界中で多くのEdtech企業が台頭するなか、学習の継続は依然としてオンライン教育における大きな課題です。Manabieは、テクノロジーと人の力を借りて学習体験を磨くことで課題に向き合い、教育の再定義に向けて奮闘しています。 世界の教育を変えるための挑戦を。 Manabieは、シンガポールに本社を置き、グローバルプロダクトチームを有するEdtech企業です。現在まさに事業のグローバル展開の真っ只中にあり、事業成長の中核を担うコアメンバーとして、世界の教育を変えるチャレンジをする仲間を募集しています。 仕事内容 経験によりPMレベル・スタッフレベルに分かれ、興味・能力に合わせてプロジェクトへ配属。顧客の課題を抽出し解決策を導く本質的なコンサルティングを実施し、Manabieの活用を通して顧客の目指すべき姿を実現するとともに、顧客満足度/ロイヤリティを拡大していく。 【主な業務内容】 ・顧客の事業の中長期構想の策定 ・Manabieを活用して顧客を成功に導くためのプロジェクト設計 ・Manabieプロダクトの導入定着プロジェクトをリード ・Manabieプロダクトの導入定着までにかかる施策の企画・業務設計 ・Manabieプロダクトの導入浸透定着を促進するための個別支援 └お客様の解決したい業務課題や製品活用のゴールをヒアリング └Manabieの活用方法の設計/業務フロー整理 └現場トレーニング └マニュアル作成 └コンテンツ制作支援など ・顧客の利用度を拡大させるためのKPI・KGIの設定、遂行 ・サービス改善のためのユーザーヒアリングおよび機能や方向性について社内展開 ・アップセル、クロスセルのための施策策定 ・セミナー、ユーザーコミュニティなどイベントの企画、運営 必須条件 【PM】 ・法人営業、アカウントマネージャー、カスタマーサクセスなど規模の大きい顧客に対峙して業務を行う実務経験 ・自社または顧客の業務改善提案・推進のご経験 ・高いコミュニケーションスキル ・能動的かつオーナーシップを持って行動できる方 ・傾聴力 ・顧客を成功に導くことに強く共感できること ・ソリューション導入経験、リーダー経験 ・社内外の関係者を巻き込み、信頼を勝ち得ながらプロジェクトを推進できる能力 ・目標達成の意欲が高く、結果にこだわれる方 【スタッフ】 ・法人営業、アカウントマネージャー、カスタマーサクセス、コールセンターでのカスタマーサービス いずれかでの実務経験 ・自社または顧客の業務改善提案・推進のご経験
