職種 フルタイム(契約) 職務明細 【ポジション概要】 ●各種ITサポートおよびエスカレーション（デスクトップPC、ノートPC、モバイル端末、ネットワークプリンタ、その他オフィス機器、ファイル共有権限設定、Microsoftクラウド環境) ●サポートサービス品質向上のための業務改善（業務プロセス、ドキュメンテーションなど） ●顧客先IT Managerへレポート 就業場所は東京都中央区（京橋エリア）で、オンサイト勤務です。 スキル・資格 ＜必要スキル／経験＞ ●Windows OSのサポート知識および経験（Windows10または11） ●企業環境でのPCハードウェアやアプリのキッティング・展開の経験 ●Microsoft Office製品、Microsoft365／Office365（Azure環境）またはGoogle関連製品をサポートできるスキル ＜語学力＞ ●英語：ビジネスレベル（オンライン会議等で説明などをする機会あり） ●日本語：ネイティブレベル ＜歓迎スキル／資格＞ ●直近2～3年、Azure環境でのヘルプデスク等の経験 ●PCスキル、Active Directory等のスキル ●ネットワークスキル及び経験 ●関連するIT資格（MCP、MD-102、CCNAなど） ＜求める人物像＞ ●指示待ちではなく自発的に仕事に取り組む方 ●チームやユーザーと円滑なコミュニケーションが図れる方 ●ITサポートに関する知識を深める意欲のある方 業務内容 1996年に2人のアイルランド人エンジニアの代表によって設立された当社エイラシステム。 幅広い分野の大手グローバル企業のお客様に、日本語と英語でのITインフラサービスを提供してきました。 現在エイラシステムでは、「ITサポート（1.5次対応）」を募集しております。 今回ご担当いただくのは再生可能エネルギー事業で環境と地域に貢献する日系グローバル企業です。 エンドユーザーのPCまわりのサポートをいただきます。 サポートチームは3名体制で、今回の募集では1.5次対応をお任せします。 他メンバーは2～3次レベルの対応をします。 わからないことや手順通りの作業でできないことなどはエスカレーションをします。
