『データ活用力強化』をテーマとした各種施策を推進中です。 全社でより便利に安全にデータを活用していくための仕組みの開発に携わっていただきます。 直近としては以下の開発プロジェクトが進行中です。 １）統合データ基盤開発 ①安全なデータ流通を実現する各種連携プロトコルの提供 ②データ活用視点でのデータモデルの構築と提供 継続的に拡張していきます ２）データ見える化推進 社内に存在するデータ資産を見える化するデータカタログの整備を皮切りに、データを活用したい 者が自律的にデータを活用できる環境を段階的に実現する 単に決められた仕様通りに実装するのではなく「いかにデータを活用してビジネスの成果につなげ ていくか」を主体的に考え、関係者を巻き込みながら着実に推進していくことが期待値です。 大きなプロジェクトではシステム開発のリソースをパートナー企業に頼ることも多いですが、マネ ジメントとアーキテクチャは自社で押さえる方針です。 開発はパートナー企業とワンチームで取り組んでいますので、必要に応じて自身で開発タスクを受 け持つこともあります。 【必須要件】 ・要件定義〜保守/運用までの一連のシステム開発プロセスの実務経験 ・システム全体の設計を独力で行えるスキル ・データベース設計を独力で行えるスキル ・要求に対して適切な SQL を独力で書けるスキル ・IPA 応用情報技術者試験相当の基礎知識 ・なんらかのパブリッククラウドに実務で携わった経験 尚可 ・業務モデリング、データモデリングのスキル ・Clean Architecture などアーキテクチャ設計に関する知見 ・Azure に関するスキル ・IPA ネットワークスペシャリスト相当のネットワークに関するスキル ・アジャイル開発の経験 ・データ基盤の開発、運用に携わった経験
