【当社について】 世界最高峰のAI会社、Deepmindの元シニアリサーチエンジニアのCEOと国内外の連続起業家であるCOOが共同で立ち上げた、AI×サステナビリティをコンセプトにした東京発のAIスタートアップです。 2020年8月に創業されたばかりの企業ですが、既に大企業を中心とした日本企業と共同でサステナビリティソリューションを構築し、世の中に貢献する数々のプロジェクトを成功させています。 20ヶ国出身のメンバーで構成されている多様性のあるチームの為、自由でフラットな文化も特徴です。 創業から3年間は外部資金資金調達抜きで、売上だけで51名まで成長を成し遂げています。また。今後はCVC投資も視野に入れ、事業成長の加速を準備しています。 これから成長を加速させるフェーズのスタートアップで、事業を共に推進してくれるメンバーを募集しています 【仕事内容】 弊社のCVCとなる企業の大規模プロジェクトの初期提案からクローズ、プロジェクト開始後の関係構築、PMの推進サポートをお任せします。主体的に動き、成果へコミットできる方を求めています。プロジェクトは各会社の中核となるプロジェクトが多く、深く関わり、長期的に継続するプロジェクトになるため、スピード感を保ちながらも堅実に進めることが求められます。 業務内容 ・エンタープライズ企業を中心とした新規プロジェクトの提案、整理、推進 ・クライアントの課題を把握、当社が貢献できる分野を特定し、契約を成立させる ・クライアントとの長期的で強い関係の構築を行い、プロジェクトを成功に導く 【必須MUST】 この仕事に応募するには、以下の条件を全て満たしている必要があります。 ・コンサルティング or ビジネスディベロップメントの経験5年以上 ・スタートアップのスピード感ある環境の中で柔軟に走りながら考え、実行出来る方 ・他のチームと協力しながらプロジェクトを推進出来る方 ・深い関係構築が出来る方 ・一般会話以上の英語力社内公用語は英語/商談は日本語 【歓迎WANT】 これらのスキルや経験はできるだけ多く持っていることが望ましいですが、必須ではありません。 ・プロジェクトマネジメントにおいての戦略的・業務的レベルでの企画提案経験 ・AIやサステナビリティに関する知見や経験 ・大企業へのコンサルティングや営業経験 【労働条件】 【勤務地】 ・ハイブリッド勤務※ コアタイム10時‐16時 【給与】 ・800万〜 インセンティブ ・ストックオプション今後CVCを受け入れ後あり配布条件はあり 【休日休暇】 ・有給休暇20日/年1年目から付与される
