物流拠点における商品の入荷から出荷工程で発生する検品、棚入れ、ピッキングなどの業務に従事いただきます。 アマゾンの物流インフラを支え、お客様に迅速に商品をお届けするためには欠かせない重要な仕事です。 Amazonでは、障がいのある社員がそれぞれ自分の能力や特性を活かし、様々な部門で活躍しています。一人ひとりの障がいの状況や経験に合わせ、適切な職場配置や職務の割り当てを行い、その方の障がいに合わせ必要なサポートを提供しますのでご安心ください。 仕事を通じて私たちと一緒に成長しましょう! 本職種は最長8時間程度の立ち・歩き仕事です。取り扱う荷物は平均2～3kg程度となり、荷物の運搬・上げ下げが発生します。1人で取り扱う荷物の重さは最大で15kg程度、15kgを超過する場合は2名以上で運搬を行います。 また、業務では、コンピュータ端末（ハンディスキャナ）を操作します。 （スマートフォンの操作に抵抗がなければ操作そのものは難しいものではありません。） その他、一部工程ではパソコンのキーボード操作を行うことがあります。パソコンの経験がない方も、入社後に研修を行いますのでご安心下さい。 【役割・業務詳細】 入荷から出荷工程で発生する下記いずれかの業務を担当します。 ・入荷：入荷商品を確認し、破損の有無、入荷予定の商品に間違いがないかをチェックした後、ハンディスキャナを用いてバーコードを読み取り、商品棚に商品を格納します。 ・出荷：お客様からご注文いただくと出荷情報がハンディスキャナに表示されますので、指定の棚から商品をピックアップします。商品をピックアップ後は、配達エリアごとに商品の仕分けを行い、ダンボール・紙袋に梱包します。 ・在庫管理：要期限管理商品の情報が記載されたリストをもとに在庫商品に記載された期限を確認・照合し、消費・賞味期限品の管理をします。 ※上記以外にも返品処理などの業務を担当いただくことがあります。 ※上記は業務の一例です。全てを一人にお任せするというわけではありません。これまでのご経験や障がいの特性に合わせて、担当業務をお願いする予定です。 【職場環境】 ・アマゾンは従業員の安全を第一に考えて業務に取り組んでいます。社内には安全ルールがあり、必ず順守いただきます。（例：構内は走らない、作業者の後ろを通る際は声がけを行う、安全面を考慮した服装で仕事をする等） ・構内は物流機器が稼働しており、機械音が発生する中コミュニケーションを取る必要があります。空調は完備されていますが、荷物の搬入・搬出の際には外気に触れる環境下で業務を行うこともあります。 【勤務場所】 久喜フルフィルメントセンター 【勤務時間】 8:00~18:00の間で週4日以上、1日5時間~8時間勤務で応相談 曜日固定制シフト応相談 (土日を含む場合あり) ※残業・夜勤免除可 ※勤務時間に応じて休憩を設定 【福利厚生】 - 昇給・昇格制度あり(年2回の査定により決定) - 正社員登用制度あり - 交通費実費支給（日額2,450円を上限に、出勤日数に応じて実費支給） - 社会保険完備(アマゾンジャパン健康保険・厚生年金保険・雇用保険・労災保険) -
