企業について クラウドサービス会社。主に中小企業へ、経費精算システムやメール配信サービスなどのサービスを提供。売上高は2016年40億から、2019年には87億と3年で2倍以上と急成長している企業。事業拡大に積極的で、2020年度は100名以上の採用を計画。SaaSのストック型ビジネスモデルで事業の安定性が高い。 お仕事について 製品におけるオフショア開発（ベトナム子会社）を活用した新機能追加、パフォーマンス向上、技術的改善や刷新などのWebアプリケーション開発。 【例】 1.ベトナム子会社に対する開発業務管理 ・日本の設計者が作成した仕様書/設計書の内容を理解し、円滑に理解できるように伝える。 ・委託した開発案件の進捗管理。 ・ソースコード/単体テスト項目書のレビュー、受入試験実施、品質確認。 2.ベトナム子会社に対するサポート ・質問/相談された事項の内容を理解し、分かりやすく理解できるように回答する。 ・判断しきれないケースでは、内容を整理して日本のエンジニアに相談して解決を図る。 ・ベトナム子会社の生産性/品質/開発稼働率/技術力向上のための改善活動。 3.ベトナム子会社への出張 現状把握やノウハウの共有、関係強化のためのオフショア開発現地への出張。 ※ベトナム側は日本人の代表者、現地のPM/PL/開発メンバーがいます ※2週間から1ヶ月程度、年に１-2回を想定 ※コロナ社会情勢が落ち着くまでは出張はありません 4.その他、人材育成や業務改善 ・将来的にはブリッジエンジニアの育成、指導を行っていく。 ・加えて、オフショア開発を改善するための提言を社内に対して行っていく。 など 【開発環境】 （下記、何れかでの組み合わせ） 利用言語：Java、JavaScript ミドルウェア：Apache、Tomcat フレームワーク・ライブラリ：Spring Boot、SAStruts、jQuery、React/Redux、Vue.js データベース：PostgreSQL IDE：eclipse、 IntelliJ コードレビュー：Pull Request ベース（GitLabのMergeRequest使用）でのコードレビュー 手法：アジャイル、ウォーターフォール バージョン管理システム：GitLab チケット管理システム：Redmine、Trello
