企業概要 Publicis Groupe Japan Office Beacon Communications 求人内容 ■職務内容■ 【求人職種】アートディレクター（マクドナルド専任） 【仕事内容】 マクドナルドブランド、プロモーショングラフィック広告と店頭でのオーダーメニューツール制作等が主な業務。 その他、交通広告、CM、デジタルメディアなどの広告。 ○マクドナルドブランドにおいて、各商品のキャンペーン全体のCore Idea/Key Visualを開発/デザイン/アートディレクション/商品撮影ディレクション/キャンペーン起用タレント撮影ディレクション等の業務。 ○デジタルメディアにおいて、グラフィックデザイン・アニメーションムービーの開発/デザイン/アートディレクション等の業務 ≪組織体制≫ クリエーティブ部およびデザイン部が社内クリエーティブ管轄内にあり、ADはクリエーティブ部に所属します。また業務は各クライアント担当ビジネスチームに分かれており、今回の募集は[do]と呼ばれるマクドナルドビジネスチームになります。 doと呼ばれるマクドナルドチームは、営業/クリエーティブ/デザイン/デジタル/プランニングの各部門の約100名で運営されており、皆さん仲が良く、団結心が強くて大変アットホームな雰囲気です。 #LI-Hybrid 資格 ■応募資格■ 【学歴】大学卒業レベル（美術大学・美術専門学校含む） 【求めるビーコンのAD像】デザイン力があるADを求めます。そこに発想力やセンス、技術などが問われる職種ですが、それ以外にもクライアントの要望を引き出すコミュニケーション能力や企画を通すための提案力なども重要です。 デザインスキル以外の面も、それらを意識して意欲的にスキルアップを目指そうと思っている方を希望致します。 ※電通、TBWA博報堂、外部クリエイターといった他社との連携業務が多々あり、様々な状況ごとに対応出来るコミュニケーションスキルを求めます。 【求める経験・能力・スキル】 ●最低3~5年以上の広告制作アートディレクション経験者（デザイナーも可） ●自らのアイディアを考え形にする能力。 ●様々なジャンル（コピーライター、プランナー、等）のクリエイターの意見を理解し、まとめ上げ、形にする能力。 ●複数案件を同時に進行し、効率よくスピーディな業務進行能力が求められます。 ●店頭ツールの制作経験がある方、尚可 ●紙媒体や印刷の基本的知識。 ●デジタル領域に関する知見がある方歓迎 【必須ソフトウエアスキル】 ●Adobe
