Job Description JMMS(Japan Meeting Management & Services)は、Global Support FunctionのGlobal Supplier Management Group & Global Workplace & Enterprise Services配下のTravel Meeting Card & Fleet Business Partnerに所属する組織であり、日本においてはJapan Servicesに属しています。 JMMSは、本社主催・共催イベント（講演会、Web講演会、学会共催セミナーなど）の企画運営とコンプライアンス管理を中心に、スポンサーシップに関するデューデリジェンス、Virtual Meeting プラットフォームの運営サポート、タクシーチケット関連プロセスの管理など、ミーティングに関わるグローバルポリシーをはじめとするすべての社内規程に準拠し、社内プロセス運用を包括的に担っています。 JMMS Process & Vendor Managementは、Meeting／Travel領域のポリシー管理やカテゴリーマネジメント、指定代理店（Meeting Planning Agency／Travel Agency）等の管理及び講演会等における役割者合意書等書類の作成を主な業務範囲としています。 本ポジションにおける職務内容： Meeting Categoryにおけるグローバルプログラム・戦略及びグローバル担当者とのアラインメント、それらのLocalへのアダプション、展開、導入の際の課題解決等 Meeting planning agencyへの期待を定義し、それらを達成するためのKPI設定/トラッキングし、分析の上課題抽出及び対応案策定・導入 各Agency /Vendorとの戦略的パートナーシップの関係構築・維持・発展への積極的な取り組み

Marketing Automation業務（SFMC） Salesforce Marketing Cloud（SFMC）を用いた日々のMarketing Automation業務を、正確かつ効率的に遂行する（キャンペーン企画設計、メール作成、キャンペーン設定、配信、配信後フォローアップを含む） データおよびコンテンツを正確かつ適切に取り扱う チームメンバーと連携し、既存の手順および品質確認プロセスに従って、高い運用品質を維持する SFMCに関連するトラブルシューティングおよび課題解決を、社内関係者と連携して行う 2. 業務改善 業務フローを見直し、手作業の削減、プロセスの簡素化、品質向上、リードタイム短縮につながる改善機会を見出す 定常業務に関する標準業務手順書の作成、更新、維持を支援する 継続的改善の取り組みに参画し、チームメンバーとともにPDCA活動を推進して、業務の進め方の改善に貢献する 3. データ分析 データの準備・整理および分析を行い、チームが結果を把握し改善機会を特定できるよう支援する
